2009 Systems Awards Ceremony
Each year Goodacre organises an Awards Ceremony in recognition of the Systems Suppliers within the Financial Services Industry.
This year the awards ceremony took place on 22nd April 2009, on the HQS Wellington, moored opposite Temple tube station. The event took the form of an evening cocktail reception, kindly sponsored by BNP Paribas, followed bydinner and a celebrity speaker.
This year’s celebrity speaker was Dr Ed Coats who was selected from over 650 applicants, to be the third team member of Team Qinetiq to race to the South Pole alongside Ben Fogle and James Cracknell. He shared with the audience his highs and lows of the journey, and presented each award.
